Once we finalize the direction, I’ll create a highly detailed brief that covers everything your team will need to execute the project.

This document, which will be anywhere from 15-50 pages depending on the scope, serves as a step-by-step guide. It’s designed to be comprehensive yet easy to follow, so your team can implement the strategy with clarity and confidence.

5. Implementation Support

With the execution plan in place, I won’t leave you to figure it all out alone. I can offer ongoing support, either by working directly with your team to ensure smooth implementation or by providing scheduled coaching.
